DRILL OF THE WEEK

This is a great drill to train your body to stay low until you field the ball. Many young players do not stay low enough while fielding ground balls and often find that they are missing ground balls as their body and glove is coming up too quickly. Over-exaggeration in drills help to train the brain and body. Challenge yourself by picking up the pace of your shuffling and the speed of the ball.
