We run our Pro Camp in the summer specifically for players who want to train at a high and intense level. It will be offered for 6 weeks over the summer to give our select, rep, and elite campers (and those who want to get to that level) an alternative skill development environment. The Pro camp, as the name suggests will be run by former professional, semi-pro and high level college players. To train like a pro, you have to learn from a pro!
We’ve recruited Jaz Shergill, who’s played professional baseball all over the world, along with a rich network of professional players to help out.
If you want to eventually throw 90+ m.p.h fastball, or hit a homerun over 400 feet, you need to learn from someone who’s actually done it! Our experts are going to show our most eager campers exactly that, and teach them the tricks they learned on the field on how to work towards the big leagues.
Of course, we still need some time to be silly! Life is too short to be taken seriously 24/7, and our Canadian summers are definitely too short not to have fun with friends at summer camp.
Instead, what we’ve done is integrated our new Pro Camp as a stream of our main camp. Campers enrolled will be able to attend Pro Camp in the mornings for an intense training session with the highest quality instruction, and then join in with our regular mainstream camp in the afternoon! This way kids can still bond with their favourite counsellors, stay connected with their friends, and don’t have to miss out on any of the summer fun (aka Wiffle Ball!!).

Additional Vaughan Pro Camp Information
For the Vaughan Pro Camp, we’re excited to announce a new arrangement for our morning training sessions, which will now take place at the Sports Village at Jane and Rutherford. This move to a larger field allows us to enhance key elements of our program, such as batting practice, real and modified games, simulated games, cutoffs, stations, and more.
At lunchtime, our full-day Pro Campers will be transported at no additional cost to Tudor Park with a staff member to join the rest of our regular camp for the afternoon. The bus ride takes just 5–7 minutes. Once at Tudor Park, they’ll have lunch and take part in afternoon activities like Wiffle Ball with the High Performance Camp group.
We believe this plan offers the best of both worlds: a focused and enhanced training experience in the morning, combined with the opportunity to spend the afternoon with friends and their favourite camp counsellors from the regular High Performance stream of our camps.
To summarize:
- Full-Day Pro Campers: Morning drop-off will be at Sports Village, and afternoon pick-up will be at Tudor Park.
- Half-Day Pro Campers: Both drop-off and pick-up will be at Sports Village.
