At FOD Baseball we are committed to training all levels of players from beginner to elite. We run a variety of programs indoors throughout the fall and winter with our experienced baseball instructors. Our pro level programs are tailored to players who play select, rep, and elite baseball, or those striving to get to any of those levels. “Pro” refers to the instructor who run the programs, not the players participating. The idea is that our instructors with professional baseball experience are giving our players pro level instruction and training!

For beginners and less competitive players we offer fundamental clinics and programs. If your child is looking to continue with baseball over the fall and winter, work hard to make a rep or select team in the future, or just improve their baseball skills, FOD’s winter clinics, lessons, holiday camps, and team trainings are what you are looking for!

We are excited to announce our Indoor Training Programs for the fall and winter 2025-2026. Our programs this off-season will be run out of the Vaughan Sportsplex and the Nest. Registration is open, and if you register and pay before August 30th you will receive an additional 5% off all fees. Register for more than one program and receive $50 off of each. We also offer team training where one of our Pro instructors or high level coaches can run your team practices!
