ELITE PITCHING AND VELOCITY TRAINING (Age 10-15)

We have developed a smart and proven throwing program. Through instruction in a plethora of different drills, fine tuning mechanics, strength and conditioning specific to pitching, before and after throwing exercises, proper arm care, and, proper use of weighted balls (age specific only), connection balls, shoulder tubes, sock tubes and velocity training belts, each pitcher will experience significant gains! 

Sundays from 3-4pm for 10 sessions

$600 plus HST

ELITE HITTING & DEFENCE AND AGILITY (Age 10-15)

A high intensity clinic to improve the both the offensive and defensive skills of each player.  Through a variety of high level drills emphasizing proper footwork and approaches, and good hands our program will make our athletes more agile, quicker, and smarter on the field. On the hitting end of our program, FOD Elite Training will focus on proper swings, maximizing power, and better hitting approaches. Using a variety of hitting tools and video analysis, small instructor to participant ratios, and lots of individual instruction, our high performance hitting clinic is sure to provide the perfect environment for significant improvement.

Sundays from 4-5pm for 10 sessions

FUNDAMENTALS CLINIC (Age 6-10)

Our fundamentals clinic is designed for less competitive baseball players of all ages to learn the game and develop their skills. The program will consist of instruction in all of baseball’s fundamentals including fielding, catching, throwing and hitting. We emphasize fun, skill development and a love for the game! We only take a small group of players for each clinic, so reserve your spot fast as these spaces will fill quickly.

PA DAY WIFFLE BALL TOURNAMENTS

We are bringing the fun of summer camp to PA Days during the school year! New for the 2022-2023 indoor season, we are offering a wiffle ball tournament on York Region PA Days! Now your child will have something exciting, fun and active to do on their PA Days.

Each PA day will run a new tournament, sign up for one, or two, or all four dates we are offering! The Tournament includes a full day of supervised fun, pizza lunch for all participants, and Trophies for the Champions! Run by our summer camp staff and designed to bring a piece of summer and FOD to the fall and winter. We can’t wait to see you there! Registration is limited.

WINTER BREAK CAMP

If you want your child to keep busy and active over part of their school holiday break, having something fun to do, and working on their baseball skills, our winter break camp is the perfect option! The massive indoor facility with large turf fields is the perfect location for the camp to run the daily drills, work on skills, as well as play baseball games.

For our rep, select and elite players, over the 4 days we will be offering a high level mini pitching clinic, as well as advanced fielding and hitting drills. For our younger less experienced players, we will be working on all the fundamentals: fielding, hitting, throwing, catching, and pitching. Spaces for this camp are very limited​

December 27-30, 2022

MARCH BREAK CAMP

Only a few months before baseball begins, there is no better way to prepare for the season than to participate in our indoor Spring Training camp over the March Break! If you want your child to keep busy and active over the break, having something fun to do, our indoor baseball camp is the perfect option!

The incredible indoor facility with a large turf playing field and batting cages is the perfect location for the camp to run our daily drills, work on skills, as well as play baseball games. We divide the players based on their age and skill level. Older and more competitive players will take part in our elite training camp, and younger players and beginners will take part in our regular camp with a nice mix of learning and fun! Spaces for this camp are limited.
