Through a wide variety of drills, FOD Elite Training will focus on proper swings, maximizing power, and better hitting approaches. Using a variety of hitting tools and video analysis, small instructor to participant ratios, and lots of individual instruction, our high performance hitting clinic is sure to provide the perfect environment for significant improvement.
