What age group is Field of Dreams Baseball Camp for?
Our camps are open to children aged 5-16. We offer programs for all skill levels, from beginners to elite athletes.

What are the different camp options?
We offer two main camp sections:
- Rookie Ball Camp (ages 5-10) – Perfect for beginners and less competitive players, focusing on the fundamentals of baseball like throwing, catching, hitting, and fielding through fun drills and games.
- High Performance Camp (ages 9-14) – For more competitive players (select, rep, or elite), this camp provides advanced skill development with expert coaching and challenging drills.
We realize that not every camper fits in one of these two sections. So we created a hybrid Group (ages 10-15) for older players who may not be competitive but still want to enjoy the game and develop their skills, we offer this hybrid option. This group combines elements from both Rookie Ball and High Performance camps in a supportive, skill-building environment tailored for non-competitive older players. Note: To ensure proper group placement, please provide as much information as possible about your child’s baseball experience during registration. This helps us create the best possible experience for every camper!
Additionally, we offer a Pro Camp for advanced players (ages 9-14) looking to train at an elite level, led by professional coaches, including Jaz Shergill

Do you offer programs specifically for girls?

These programs are designed to empower female athletes, build confidence, and provide skill development in a fun, supportive environment.
What is the difference between the softball camp and the baseball Classic Camp?
Our Softball Camp follows the same proven structure that has made our Classic Baseball Camp successful for 15+ years — but with drills, instruction, and gameplay tailored specifically for fastpitch athletes. Everything is adapted for softball mechanics, rules, and development needs.
Do girls need previous softball or baseball experience to join?
No experience is required! Girls of all levels are welcome — from first-timers to rep/competitive players. We group players by skill level, and our staff adjusts instruction to meet each athlete’s skill level and ensure every camper learns, grows, and feels confident.
My daughter plays rep fastpitch. Will the program challenge her enough?
Yes. Our coaching staff includes instructors with competitive fastpitch and baseball experience, ensuring that rep-level players receive advanced training. Groups are divided by age and skill so players train with peers who match their level.
Can my daughter join baseball camp instead of softball camp?
Absolutely! Girls are always welcome to register for any of our baseball camps or programs. The girls-only softball programs simply provide an extra option for girls and families who want a female-focused environment.
Will boys and girls be mixed in the softball camps or clinics?
Our softball camps and softball clinics are girls-only. Girls are welcome to join our co-ed baseball programs if they prefer a mixed environment.
