If you registered online and did not save your emailed receipt from the summer of 2017, please follow the instructions below to access your receipt from summer camp for tax purposes:

STEP 1:

If your child attended the Vaughan Camp, click here: https://www.quickenrollment.com/qerms_league/league/prelogin.aspx?org_keyword=fdbcv&EmailHelp=Yes

If your child attended the Aurora Camp, click here: https://www.quickenrollment.com/qerms_league/league/prelogin.aspx?org_keyword=fdbca&EmailHelp=Yes

STEP 2:

Log in to your quick enrollment account with your username and password

STEP 3:

On the main page, click on “Invoices / Payment Receipts.” Then click on each week and download/print off the receipts

If you did not register online, please email info@fodbaseballcamp.com with the weeks and location that were registered, along with full name of camper, age, and address and we will email you a receipt (for hand written registrations ONLY).
